I’ve been using Honest 1 in Owatonna for a few years now. I am completely satisfied with the service I have received. I particularly appreciate their communication, both electronic (texting me with a link that shows suggested repairs and photos) and phone calls. I have been to many automotive places. And I am glad I found this one. I enjoy the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the store as well. Always so kind, and I love the feature they have that they send you pictures of their process and don't feel pressured to fix a bunch of things. They just recommend, and that is all. I trust my belongings in my car and I trust them to make sure my car doesn't get damaged or anything like that. They also don't make me feel dumb for not knowing something about my car. They always make sure I am getting the most discounts possible as well. They always apply a coupon for my oil changes without me even needing to ask! They are wonderful and I will always come here. Thank you guys!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I have an infant and my husband travels often for work, which can make getting to-and-from places complicated (especially when we're talking car troubles/maintenance). Multiple times now, they've come to my house to pick up my vehicles AND return them to me, with contactless payment, making what could've been a stressful ordeal so incredibly easy. I am beyond thankful for both the honest work they provide, as well as their friendly presence within the community. THANK YOU!!
